Complete site redesign to align with the new network-wide design and technology framework driven by Marissa Mayer. Collaborated with horizontal teams to influence and refine the framework. Post launch, supported agile scrum teams to evolve the site by creating enhancements and new features. Worked with Talent Acquisition to build the UX team. Interviewed candidates for full time and contract positions.

Collaborated with business and product partners to rethink Yahoo Lifestyles global product strategy
and deploy new design framework across 26 countries. Worked closely with international stakeholders
to refine and adapt the new approach to regional requirements and audiences.

UX support for Yahoo Shine, Movies, TV, Music and OMG. Defined common video experience across
all Yahoo Media properties. Deeply involved in the entire product life cycle from establishing goals to
crafting wireframes, analyzing user testing results, executing visual design, creating specifications
and iterative improvements. Team honored with the Yahoo Superstar Award for contributions to the design and deployment of a new design & technology platform.

Integral part of the team that created and launched Yahoo’s destination for women. Conducted
competitive research. Explored and user tested design directions. Worked on creating and refining
features that helped increase user engagement. While working on this team, I acquired the nickname
Sniper for my ability to focus and eliminate design challenges.

Member of the launch team. Designed and optimized this media property which quickly rose to #1 in
the tech media category (comScore). Full range of design tasks from concept sketches to wireframes
to visual design. Designed and refined personalization features and user profiles.
