 Oversee design, project management, and field installation for projects up to $6million
 On-site supervisor for project installation, communicating with customers, overseeing field crews throughout project fruition, providing field solutions and decisions during installation
 Coordinate and attend Trade Shows, Client meetings, and Project Reviews
 Negotiate contract details and responsibilities between vendors and customers
 Writing quotes and proposals for new projects
 Manage Engineering Department, including project management team
 Successfully implement company procedures leading to increased efficiency in deliverables submissions
 Conducting interviews and hiring for engineering department

 Design equipment for the mining industry, including thickeners and mixing tanks, conveyors, catwalks/platforms/mezzanines, slurry, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and supporting steel structures. Emphasis on wastewater treatment/recycling and liquid-solids separation processes for aggregate, coal mining, concrete reclaim, and power industries
 Create PFD’s, PID’s, Mass Balance Flows, and Mechanical lists containing tag and equipment numbers for all components of equipment and projects
 Engineer dynamic pump curves and line loss calculations for slurry and pump conditions, including required HP and drive components
 Create procedural documentation and instructions manuals for equipment and project layouts, SOP’s
 File management and documentation, including creating CAD Standards

 Design pump skids, conveyors, and dewatering equipment including fabrication drawings, BOM’s, and purchased items ordering list
 Design tanks, structures, and site GA and installation drawings
