Head and take part in designing assigned projects both commercial and residential. * Manage and handle the project team from schematic design development to construction phase. * Make critical decisions for rectification of a project. * Decide materials that are best to use for projects and source out suppliers to discuss their products. * Coordinate with various engineering consultants to ensure integration of engineering elements into * a unified design. Participate in pre-bid meeting with contractors. Once project is awarded, inspect contractor's * workmanship to assure that the design is executed accurately. Conduct periodic on-site inspection during construction to monitor work progress according to * drawings.
