Procter & Gamble
2008 - Present (16 years)
From 2014 I am based in Boston, MA at Gillette Head Quarters working as Principal Global Design Manager for Gillette.
Here I’m responsible to design the brand identity for the essentials pillar, which represents more than the 40% of the global male disposable market.
In addition to that I lead all the promotional and gifting global strategy and Design across the brands and pillars (Cutting edge, High Performance and Essentials) and also I lead all the work related with the global retail execution for Gillette.
My role takes different responsibilities such as 2D and 3D packaging Design; brand identity, brand strategy, Cost savings projects, Customization strategy, key visuals design, limited editions, gifts and In-store material toolkits.
Different customization/simplification projects brought to the company more than 70% of savings versus year ago.
The limited editions I designed for Brazil, one of the biggest markets, increase the sales of Prestobarba 3 2X vs. year ago.
In 2011 I also took the responsibility to be Regional Design Manager for Latin America for Koleston, Wella and their sub-brands in parallels with GILLETTE.
With too many projects at the same time we are always working under pressure to fit in our initiative timings. On those responsibilities I also have to manage different Design Agencies at the same time to execute a best in class project.
