Images from a children's book about organ donation.
Influenced by concern for the severe shortage of organ donors in the UK, the aim of this project was to find a way to introduce the concept of organ donation to the younger generation. I hoped that parents would read this book with their children and open a discourse about the topic, helping to eliminate some of the 'fear of the unknown' and perhaps encouraging them to become donors themselves.
Produced entirely using paper collage; all typography is hand-drawn with ink and the book itself is handmade and bound by myself.
