(Contract) Communicate with factory on daily base throughout the whole production (1st fit, pre-production, production) pointing out any variance in measurements and quality issues. Evaluate garment fit with sales representative review artwork placement check measurements and workmanship of garments. Prepare fit comments with detail pictures on excel of correction to be made long with artwork placement instructions for proper positioning on garment and relay comments to the factories via email. Follow up and ensure that corrections are accurately executed. Keep specs grading up to date. Do in house inspection of production sample and communicate any quality issues to be fix.

(Contract) Do follow up on garments from 1st pp sample to production for private label. Communicating with maker's in China, Bangladesh to make corrections prior to start bulk production. Ensure that delays are respected and answering any technical inquiries. Prepare teck pack for garment costing for future production and relay to design team and sales.

(Contract) Manage client's new development proposals: new fabric. New trims, new washes, etc. Correct, complete customers technical packages to reflect the exact customer's needs, add necessary information and send them to factories. Make sure all customers fit comments are clear, add more info if necessary troubleshoot & resolve fit sample issues and exceptions to expectations. Update development data track the timeliness of vendor follow-up by logging the information into a tracking file. Follow up with Order price tickets to ensure accuracy. Prepare samples and documents for supervisor's final review. Relaying correspondence to and from vendors, Ship all packages containing pre-production samples & production sample, to private label distribute incoming packages directed to the department to the appropriate recipients, and Update development database.
