I was a sculpt manager on the Star Wars brand. My job was to Ideate and present concepts to upper management. Create and manage 3D assets and prototypes into product for mass market. Help engineering solve technical issues and maintain detail fidelity. Train up new talent into proficient 3D designers. Work with dozens of freelance digital sculptors at one time to develop entire waves of product simultaneously.
