Accomplishments Promotion & Customer Experience Designed, developed and facilitated training modules for fellow county art teachers. The training modules taught teachers how to implement current art education methodology. I analyzed and maintained the training modules for over 14 years. Database maintenance and assistance for students and colleagues. Generated materials and curriculum for Digital Media, Art & Design, Advanced Placement Art History and Studio Art targeting young adults from a wide range of backgrounds to create an engaging educational experience both online and in a classroom setting. Implemented training from experienced background as a Script Writer for television news. Created, developed and implemented Henrico County's first Computer Art program. Now renamed Digital Media Art & Design, applied a self-designed curriculum in which students acted as an "ad agency" focused mainly in working with non- profits and various communities in Richmond. Process Improvement Developed processes and procedures that resulted in positive outcomes in school- wide recruitment, safety and implemented AAR's (After Action Reviews). Instructed and designed curriculum for creative problem solving by which large amounts of complex, are presented and effectively communicated, by breaking it down into "bite-size" understandable pieces. Community Relations Created collaborative classroom activities in which to mentor students through cross-cultural differences, conflict- resolution, communication and working together. Delivered training modules to inter-departmental teams to ensure smooth adoption of new programs as well as maintained these programs for over 14 years. Planned and conducted activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provided students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
