Designed and developed Flash interactive e-Learning courses for the training and certication of franchisees. Created PowerPoint and Flash animated presentations for Curves‘ Conventions and Club Camps. Designed and developed graphics and multimedia to support marketing and online materials. Created, edited, and managed multimedia assets used on CurvesCommunity.com pages. Maintained, managed, and provided technical support for the company’s learning management system and online courses. Trained staff on development of multimedia modules. Currently work on a contract basis as the Flash developer/animator for Curves' online Diane Magazine publication.

Designed and developed interactive e-Learning courses for corporate organizations through the use of Flash, XML, HTML, Captivate and Camtasia.

Contracted to create illustrations, Flash animations and interactive learning activities for Flash based e-Learning courses for clients such as Shell Oil, Dreyers, Dean Foods, Kellogg’s and Pizza Hut.

Created flash e-learning courses for the U.S. Army Special Forces through LMS, web and stand alone. Responsible for creating interactive learning games, user interfaces and various other multimedia features such as: text, audio, illustration, photography and animation. Conducted research on design topics for familiarization. Delegated work to team members and managed project schedules.
