I work in the Graphics Department, creating, designing, and delivering dynamic and creative designs for displays around various accounts. These signs are created with a sense of hierarchy to convey the message of quality, freshness, and excellence.

I was responsible for having working knowledge of product from energy consumption mechanical operations warranties and so on. Also we had sales goals to reach each month. These sales goals were conducted by the amount of profit we made on each appliance television accessory or furniture that we had sold. We were responsible for answering calls concerning repair delivery product specifications. We would schedule deliveries ensure the product was delivered a timely manner the product operated properly and an extensive description was given. If not we were responsible for setting up call-backs for our customer if they were not satisfied. a salesman we also had to have working knowledge of our inventory so we would know when the product would be delivered to our store and when we would be able to deliver the product to the customer. I was also responsibly for follow-up calls to ensure the customer was still happy with their purchase several months after delivery. As a Landscaping Crew Leader I was responsible for up to 4 other employees beneath me. I was in charge of gathering tools, checking/filing vehicles with fuel, preparing machines, and stocking materials that were necessary for the day's activities. Also would assign tasks/jobs for other employees so that everyone worked in a timely and organized manner. I would contact clients to schedule walk-throughs, and arrange a date for the services to be done. Also, I was in charge of doing a final walk through to make sure a detailed and quality job was done. I also had to prioritize the tasks for the day, plan a detailed route with the least amount of down-time, and keep track of each job that was taken care of on any given day. I would then hand in a detailed list with each job that had been finished, what had been done at each job, and the amount of time that it took the crew to finish. Schooling: ITT Technical Institute
