Queen's Baja SAE Team

The Queen's Baja SAE team is a group of approximately 15 mechanical engineering students who build an off-road vehicle from scratch annually for the North American Baja SAE Collegiate Competition. The car portrayed is the 2011 car features custom made carbon fiber body panels designed in Solidworks, which I had the pleasure of designing and manufacturing. I was also responsible for redesigning and optimizing the drivetrain, which is also featured. WE manufacture everything on the car excluding the engine which is a 10HP briggs and straton engine standard across all competing vehicles. Another fun fact about this vehicle is that it is amphibious!
