Helped redefine the Hot Wheels approach to Entertainment Playsets with "story driven" play centered around Character Cars. Collaborating with Licensors to ensure the product stays true to the IP. Pitched new items and lines to Upper Management as well as Licensors. Formerly worked in the Track and Playsets Group as well as the Innovation Group.

Tasked with keeping Bakugan innovative from Season 3 - 5. Brainstormed, ideated, and pitched new initiatives. Traveled overseas to assist China team with debug and production issues. Created color designs for all variants and exclusive/chase Bakugan. Contributed to naming various characters. Ensured the characters were accurately portrayed in the Online Game and on the Animated Series. For Tech Deck, challenged with breathing new life into the brand. Blue Sky concepts generated to rethink the action sports toy line.
