An Industrial Designer with seven years experience of working in a consultancy environment. My appreciation of both the technical and front-end components of product development have led me to develop a broad and versatile skill set that encompasses ethnography, sketching, complex 3D modelling, prototyping and design for manufacture. I love working in a diverse multidisciplinary team, not only to draw on the experience of those at the other end of the design spectrum, but also as an opportunity to be a champion for design in an engineering environment.
Although I take great pride in designing new products; my professional interest is broader than the traditional design process. I support my colleagues where I can with new business development, and aim to further my knowledge through attendance at local and national conferences and design events. Most recently I have been involved with the Design Museum's consultation process surrounding the move to its new site in Holland Park, Kensington.
