The updated responsive Dlyte site experience (shown in the foreground) brought the customers into the picture, better conveying the spirit of the updated brand identity and it's joyful, positive, nature. Users to the old site (pictured in the background) had previously been uncertain what the product was or how the business worked, so three easy-to-understand steps - shop, earn, give - were promoted on the homepage, quickly introducing new visitors to Dlyte's easy path to giving.

Dlyte

Dlyte, a revolutionary fundraising platform catering to non-profits and causes, launched it's basic offering in 2015 with a site and iOS/Android apps. Although all products were functionally capable, the overall messaging and identity weren't clear or compelling, and the site as built did not support mobile viewing or integrate SEO best practices. Fresh branding and a site redesign were needed, as well as UI and content updates to refine and improve not only the experience but the overall presentation of the brand and core concept. An entire digital eco-system was established to better reach its audience of shoppers and non-profit supporters.
I managed the branding, creative, and product planning efforts, owning the UX strategy, architecture, flows, site mapping, and wireframes for the entire site experience, as well as setting up all social networks for the brand.
