I led the rapid transformation to a BSI accredited N95/P2 face mask production facility from the ground up, as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Working closely alongside partners such as Motion Design Ltd to develop a world class automation driven production facility within an exceptionally short lead time. A complex company transformation requiring agile leadership and innovative solutions to execute successfully.

Continuous production, ultrasonic welding, polymer blends, design and specification of materials (soft and hard), stamping, rotary tooling, part qualification, BSI and ISO13485 Audit, quality control plans, machine and facility design, automation design + many more.

Design-led User Interface development, and a leading role in developing competitive IP strategies. Effectively spearheaded innovative NPD projects around sustainability, production efficiencies, continuous improvement and lean approaches to improving product development speed.

Understanding and analysing complex technology ecosystems and developing elegant, simple solutions fit for a global market. Executed market fruition of Dyson V-Blade hand dryer and life-time filtration products within the upright vacuum cleaner category.
