Worked directly with Creative Director to develop brand packaging for brand launch that was reflective of the existing Burt's Bees brand and design guidelines. Designed and directed all packaging phases, logo studies, die-lines, 3D mockups, presentations, and retail merchandising, from concept to production for retailers like Target and Walgreens. Consulted on best methods/materials for retail specific packaging and clothing hangers.

Directed the creative staff and packaging team and managed the "look and feel" of the Pottery Barn Kids brand ensuring a cohesive message across brand packaging, gift-wrap, visual merchandising and marketing collateral. Interfaced and coordinated daily with inventory teams, buyers, outside vendors and overseas agents. Presented packaging initiatives to managers, buyers, stores and executives teams.
