De Volksbank adopted the strategy of human centered banking that will benefit the customer, employee, society and profitability all together.
For this I was recruited into the strategy department of the bank as an innovation manager to design new initiatives, propositions and business models that are in line with this new strategy.
I did a pilot with the emotion detection software of vokaturi to measure and present the happiness of our customers and call center agents. I designed an interface that will help the agents see the emotion of the customer and encourage them to make them even happier.
