For 'de Volksbank', the Netherlands 4th bank, I have worked for 3 years as an innovation manager. Besides mentorship in startup programs like Startup Synergy I also started with something I named 'Social Innovation' where I set up innovation projects that would help society such as developing financial education for homeless teens, saving products for people in problematic debt and current accounts to help people with low financial literacy.
