Rabobank: From product to customer journey

After the successful implementation of the new internet banking portal I was asked to help designing A/B tests for the online marketing department.

After designing 100+ tests I designed a Remote Usability Testing tool to get qualitative insights at scale.

In this transition from conversion targets to user satisfaction the next step was to move from product oriented teams to customer journey teams. For this I created a customer journey process and helped form 5 customer journey teams that designed numerous amazing journeys.
