ANWB Traffic information
The ANWB (dutch AAA) portal is a very high traffic website (top 20 most visited in the Netherlands) Most people visit the website on a daily basis to check the traffic on the road or plan their trip.
I spent a year at ANWB to design the next generation of this portal using rapid prototyping and interaction design. In this highly agile environment customer feedback loops were extremely short and success was measured via customer metrics.
