Designed UI/UX for DOJ/ATF's eTrace 5.0 software. Worked with local & remote stakeholders to ensure software was optimized for every day use by thousands of registered law enforcement agents & firearm tracing professionals. Met regularly with ATF personnel & development teams to define application UI requirements, presented via wireframes, prototypes and graphical mock-ups.
