At Kohan I have been responsible for Interior design for each project the company executed. I worked in 3 LEED Projects (1 platinum, 1 gold and 1 silver). My responsibilities included client interaction from concept to end of project. I was responsible for creating a concept based on the clients requirements, site measurements, layout design, FF&E, material finishes and sourcing, floor schedule, design and fit out of ADA Bathrooms, site visits, documentation, drawings and details for cabinets or any extra items. Also, I was assisting architects on drawings to meet the deadlines. I provided finishes documentation book for client and contractor with pictures of each product and references to minimize mistakes together with power point presentations and material boards for the client meetings. I have experience from working with small and large budgets, with projects ranging from 1000 SQF to 12000 SQF.

The office was designed based on the 3 requests from the doctor. " I would like something modern, different and that it represents me. I also want to have a red accent color. . ". This is a contemporary office with 2 surgery rooms, 4 operatories, business office, sterilization and lab, staff lounge, bathrooms and a 25 person conference room. Responsible for Interior design, door schedule, design concept, FF&E, cabinet design, finishes and hardware, floor schedule, reception design, kitchen design, fittings and design of ADA Bathrooms, sourcing of materials, designs and detailed drawings of the wall paneling, reception and all the case work.
