• Designing silhouettes according to the Indian domestic trends and forecast.
• Getting quality of the samples approved by buyers.
• Sourcing fabrics and beading material as per themes and concepts.
• Handling the sampling and production team.
• Planning & organizing sales promotional activities like campaigns, in-store promotion.
• Responsible for production and Finalization of samples based on buyer’s requirement.
• Analyzing demand and its seasonal forecast.
• Buying & Negotiations with suppliers as per planned Budget.
• Interaction with the Customer and Responsible for accelerating growth & generating customer
loyalty levels & understanding their requirements.
• Responsible for applying & maintaining guidelines, standards for visual presentation.
