MedGenome labs (DNA Lab) is a leader in genetic/DNA testing in India, They get the genetic testing order bookings from entire India (Only doctors) through their sales team, Toll free numbers, Website. But the company didn’t have mobile app, which is very important channel of sales from business scalability perspective and also from user perspective as the mobile app is easy to access and clinicians access the test details through mobile app and order the test from anywhere and any time and avoiding the dependency on sales people.
Hence the management decided to create an mobile app (iOS and android) for both platform.
