As the Senior UX Consultant, I am responsible for the creation and implementation of all high-level product design requests. I work alongside the Senior Project Coordinator and work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate design and deliver the requirements needed for a variety of projects, providing UX leadership, strategy and consultancy. Explore design solutions utilising Design Thinking principles to solve problems and design innovative user experiences, through sketching, prototyping, research, visual design and iterative design, process development, team guidance and production of UX deliverables following human centred design principles and methodologies, agile scrum and variety of creative processes. Operating as a consultant, gathering requirements and analysing business needs to develop products and services in agile focused environments to match Gaps and opportunities within the project. I am responsible for the workflow and journey structure, along with the creation of all visual designs needed for the project. I am required to participate within development reviews to determine if all features are being implemented as defined within the structured scope.
