Ticketmaster - eTickets
Introduced eTickets as the preferred method of delivery for the tickets. eTickets could include the following 3 methods depending on venue hardware availability & preferences: Print at Home, Mobile Tickets, PID (Credit card or other identifications to scan tickets). User can view the tickets on the mobile phones & have the tickets bar code scanned to gain access at the venue. Worked closely with mobile team to iron out backend details & UI
