Food Lovers Online - Site Redesign

OVERVIEW
FoodLoversOnline.com is a subscription weight loss site that guides its users day by day on how to lose weight & keep it off for life. Every day they are taught one thing new for 21 days that helps them reset their metabolism. Objective of the redesign was to increase user engagement & retention & thus LTV (life time value).


CHALLENGE
For maximum weight loss results, users need to log on everyday, read & follow the materials they are given for the day, track their food & water intake. On doing they will be given instant feedback from the Fat Loss Coach.

The old site was very cumbersome to use. Users engagement levels & customer retention was very low. Users often would log-in in 3-4 times in the first week & then never return.

ROLE
Complete a completive analysis and market research. Gather requirements from across the organization, brainstorm features that will increase customer engagement.. Create new content as needed. Monitor performance & tweak as needed.
