Michael Miller

Primary responsibility is to produce video content for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's social media outlet ahealthiermichigan.org. Oversee all levels of production and publishing to social channels including SEO optimization, curation and management of media archives. Additionally oversee all other digital content producers including videographers and editors, podcast and audio editors as well as photographers and any design work pertinent to the created media. Management of all social media channels related to digital content: YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, Soundcloud, etc.

Started as an intern in 5/13 and was promoted to Digital Content Coordinator as of 10/13. 2014 - 4/2105 employment was on contract through Bartech, 5/2015 - current is as a direct employee of BCBSM.

Responsible for all daily retail, wholesale and web sales for Wireless Proz. This involved sales and purchasing for all major cellular carriers and accessory vendors as well as our own dealer network. Oversaw daily operations at our main store and warehouse including management of employees.

Graphic design work began in 2010, working on various pieces of marketing collateral, in-store displays and graphics for CMX POS Software system.
