Getting brief from sales person and sometimes directly from the client, conceptualizing and creating design by understanding the clients business side and using best possible materials that suits the concept as well as the budget of the stand. Involvement at all aspects of the design process from concept and production to supervision of execution on site. Understanding the materials usage and processes and helping the production team. Communication with marketing dept. production dept. and client during the design process.

Understanding the storyboard and script from the direction dept., preparing sketches and taking approval from Direction Dept., conceptualizing and creating design as per the approved sketch using special materials, communicating with the production dept. and vendors. Supervising the construction of the set and execution of the event. Working under tight deadlines. Allocation of work to juniors and assistants and getting the work done from them within the deadline. Software Skills:- 3DS Max Ver.9 and 2009 VRay Render Engine Corel Draw All versions Photoshop
