I was born and brought up in the temple city of Varanasi (Benares). I had been interested in arts ever since I was little and after graduation I realized that this is my destiny. After marriage I moved to the capital city, New Delhi, and joined the prestigious institution of Triveni Kala Sangam which boasts big names such as Sundari K. Shridharani, K. S. Kulkarni, Rameshwar Broota and many others. I have been fortunate enough to work directly under the guidance of Mr. Rameshwar Broota for the past 15 years. I have produced more than 200 artworks ranging from Charcoal on paper to Oil and Acrylic on canvas. I specialize in surrealistic abstractions where I address the way humans have been embracing technology as integral parts of their lives and try to predict the way things might turn out with my art.
