-Design concept art into the final product along with executing seasonal research and merchandised
categories to finish product lines on time that support brand identity.
-Develop designs from sales reports and research for a variety of brands for men’s and juniors using unique processes,
embellishments and fine art abilities from premium to basic tees and coordinate freelancers to reach these goals
-Manage design team and execute calendar deadlines, art direction, color stories, inspiration with multiple
projects, across several categories to meet brands standards.
-Approve samples with extensive knowledge of silkscreen specifications for garments to translate correctly on tees
and hit price points for basics and premium categories.
-Design SMU product that meets specific directional goals and schedule set by high-level key accounts (i.e. PacSun).
-Responsible for specs sheets measurement and construction pages for tech packs from concept through production
-Develop some trim details (hang tag art for printable as well as cut and sew styles) creating a cohesive look to the line.
-Assist with creating and presenting seasonal vibe presentations for inspiration and direction for design departments
including graphics, photographs, slogans and phrases, etc.
-Design and create art primarily for T shirts but also for print and web media seasonal for major convention shows
such as project, magic and pool, etc. from cost to cost.
-Construct fashion forward look books and catalogues for sales rep to create orders, awareness and enthusiasm of brands.
-Stay current with the trends in and outside of the immediate market and be informed with competitor's product.
