* Promoted to Store Manager of highest volume and most publicly visible location in downtown Chicago after a successful year as the Assistant Store Manager of the Wicker Park store. Result: Wicker Park store is now leading the district in comparable store results (8% increase in sales and 3% increase in traffic over last year). * Trained senior company leaders including store managers, district manager and regional manager, while providing leadership to a 10-person team.
