Achievements
- Built a permanent team from scratch (now about half of total staff)
- Stopped CAS team turnover by improving team morale: one on one / weekly team meetings and team building activities
- Deployed polygonal modelling for advanced design in 4 months at no cost
- Hired first intern in 3D animation, rendering and visualisation (part of overall strategy)
- Appointed first head in 3D animation, rendering and visualisation (full time)
- Brokered a technical partnership on advanced visualization with another OEM
- Developed with design, engineering and project management a strategic vision for the business

* Managed a 6-person team for User Experience Studio
* Managed a 4-person team for overheard garnish and interior trim.
* Demonstrated modeling techniques and Alias tutorials rolled out to the sculpting community.
* Spearheaded a grassroots public relations (PR) campaign in the Washington, D.C. area at local colleges and at the French Embassy in order to promote the company's image.
* Contract Sculptor 2002 – 2004

* Collaborated with Michelin for 10 consecutive years on the Michelin Challenge Design with the senior automotive class.
* Taught Autodesk Alias at multiple levels in order to empower students with the ability to design for automotive, product and entertainment type projects.
