Southern Bass Productions

• Commissioned by an emerging record label, Southern Bass Productions, who wanted unique stage props for their live performances
• Worked with my client to design stage props that would incorporate new technology and help develop their image to set them apart from other artists
• Utilized feedback from a local production company on visual effects and stage logistics which to creating a unique stage presence
• Presented venue studies, scale models, volumetric models, and projection studies for my thesis

• Worked in a group to research and explore technology, ergonomics, and systems of transportation
• Presented valuable research findings and proposed my model to the University to improve the University Master Plan

Precycling Project

• Provided a user-friendly recycling service design geared towards festivals for a local entrepreneur
• Designed waste receptacles and graphics that promoted recycling and incorporated a sorting system
• Tested various prototypes during multiple festivals and gathered feedback from users, both verbally and via observation and utilized the feedback to improve the design.
• Volunteered to run the recycling program that we designed during three major festivals, in order to gain further knowledge and study user behavior to create a more intuitive design.

Sustainability Project
UL Industrial Design Studio
2011 - 2011
• Worked as part of a team to explore uses for bamboo as a local sustainable resource
• Utilized several methods for working with bamboo in the design of a sculpture for our client
• As an individual project, I designed a bamboo coffee table that has been featured in three different exhibits and currently resides in the Lafayette Science Museum as a permanent exhibit.
