I used a public domain SVG file about metamorphosis. It was a complicated mix of different elements, some without border, etc. I edited necessary stuff, covered unnecessary with blank area and converted everything to black and white to create a simple coloring page for my friend who has a blog about books and just wrote about a picture book with a caterpillar in a leading role.
