In 2008 after gaining experience under various national & international designers, I decided to establish a one stop design consultancy company to cater to design requirements on Indian exports and corporate Industry through design.
• Led a team of 6 Designers’ team, One Creative Director, 3 Asst. Graphic Designers, 2 Illustrators.
• Supervised Intl. buyers from various backgrounds, by providing design, management support in apparel and related
projects.
Key Project:
Title: Execution of Assam Pavilion from Concept to Construction(Gold Medal in Design + Execution)
Role:
• Led team of architects/ creative designers, design assistants, for planning to execution of various structures, objects,
handicrafts along with development of designs for North East craft clusters, which participated in 14 day long event.
• Coordination with requisite Govt. Departments, Fire, ITPO, Women & Child Development Dept. & Manpower training
and international marketing support for the designed & developed products

Headed the team of merchandisers & designers for north eastern region under “Aggressive International Marketing (AIM) Project” for North East., which was a huge success.

• Led team of merchandisers/ junior designers, marketing assistants, for planning to execution of various prestigious
Orders, design & marketing projects and schemes along with development of designs for Indian exporters &
handicrafts clusters, which provides livelihood to 6 million crafts persons.
• Creation of design hubs/studios/Centre’s/clinics, requisite manpower, product development, manpower training and
international marketing support for the designed & developed products
Title: Integrated Design Developmental/ Marketing Merchandising Projects
Overview:
• For the development of cottage & handicrafts clusters of India, Initiated various integrated design marketing projects
right from the stage of concept & preparation of project report, implementation and monitoring.

products by using latest Design software's .(AutoCAD, 3-D Max r-8, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator,
Premiere).

Fashion Designer

Joined a fashion designer & developed a fashion collection from old traditional craft of Lucknow in Chikankari craft, presented three collections and provided training to craftmen & master craftmens of Lucknow in developing newer designs for western export markets. The final fashion show was presented to media and which has famous models from India including then Miss India-Gul Panaag & Anni Thomas.
