I work in the point-of-purchase display field providing workflow, graphic design, and administrative assistance for a design staff of both industrial designers, engineers, and other graphic designers. I also am the in-house graphic designer for all production artwork releases.
Our office is currently mid-Westchester but will relocate to Beacon, NY in the near future.
My position includes the following:
* Coordinate and track all creative work within the department
* Create and manage all work files (both hard copy and digital) of all work assets
* Assist Design Project Managers in all areas (project research, vendor relations, inter-departmental coordination, etc.)
* Graphic design tasks (layouts, touchups, internal printing, production, etc.)
* Photographic recording and management of all visual assets
* General office-related duties; telephone, P.O.s, filing, shipments, etc.
