In my current role as Senior Designer I lead the design team in concept development of new private label brand systems across the entire breadth of packaging designs and categories.
I partner with the Art Director and Creative Director to align on design strategy for the development of new private labels that support the needs of merchant teams.
I mentor and provide direction to junior designers on creative projects and
collaborate with outside photo studio, providing direction for photo shoots to be used on packaging as well as provide on-site approval as needed.
