Noel Perlas

Noel is employed as Creative Manager for Novare Technologies and the technology arm of BlogStar.com. He studied at Interaction Design Institute Ivrea, Italy in 2004. During which he worked for Designafairs in Munich. Noel worked in graphic/web design in the Philippines since 1998. In 2001, he was creative director for K2ia Singapore. His clients include Microsoft, HBO, WWF and Globe Telecom. In 2003, he formed Perlas Design Studio. Expertise: interaction design, graphic design, web design.
