BlogStar is a mobile entertainment company that enables celebrities, music artists, authors, and other content publishers to produce mobile entertainment that is delivered in the form of text, images, audio, and video directly to your mobile phone.

BlogStar.com - This is the homepage of blogstar.com. The idea is to focus the attention on the Celebrity Blogs, like Bam Margera, Nicky Hilton.

Metric Matrix (2001) - Metric Matrix was an online engine that would measure various business metrics like Shareholder Value. This product would be on a subscription based plan. Users would have to log-on to see their account and measure different preset metrics. Once logged on, the user was presented with several options to view, compare and analyze the specified metrics. This information would then be passed on to the server to be evaluated and then presented back to the user using charts and graphs. The user then also has the option to add or subtract information. Changes were processed and presented visually in real time. I was chosen to create the task map and site map for the product. Having no exposure in business metrics, this was a challenging feat. I came up with the Metric Matrix information architecture and design. I headed the design and development team during the production stages of the application. I also had to have knowledge of different technologies that would be appropriate to use in Metric Matrix. In the end, the developer/programmer and I chose SVG since it was the most flexible in terms of visual design and dynamic database input. For a time, Metric Matrix was successful. We were able to get investors interested in the product. One of them was a company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They were going to invest and repackage the engine to sell it to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). But in the end the Metric Matrix development had to be closed down because of costs and the dotcom crash.
