Design Management: Encouraged close consultation with clients to continually create, support and increase brand awareness. Insisted on creative excellence through continual communication, coaching and encouragement of the design team. Efficiently multitasked and delegated the busy workload.
Production Management: Strived for optimum output, and quality, with minimal error. Overall responsibility for quality control. Sourced and liaised with best vendors. Encouraged a tight-knit team with a ‘roll up my sleeves’ attitude.
Highlights: Oversaw company re-brand which translated to several new major clients, increased exposure and sales. Implementation and oversight of the small-format print arm resulting in a 25% increase in revenue within two years.

As part of an extremely successful international team, my responsibilities included the concept, implementation and delivery of creative and innovative print materials for a wide range of clients whilst simultaneously leading by example to inspire the rest of the design team.

This customer-focused role required the engagement of new and existing clients with a continual ‘can do’ attitude and excellent product and production knowledge of a vast print offering of both small and large format solutions.

Deadlines were always short in this role so creativity, communication and swift execution of ideas were essential. Displayed effective pitch work with senior executives and clients alike to confidently ‘sell’ ideas but incorporate feedback successfully and deliver an engaging and creative end product.
