Affinity Express (India) Pvt. Ltd., Pune Role & Responsibilities: Affinity Express is a part of the Ayala Corporation in Philippines. Headquartered in USA, AEIPL is one of the oldest BPO's in the country. AEIPL specializes in Artwork & Document creation. My job role was handling the creative duties of the newspaper division of the company. I was responsible for the creative output as well as creative grooming of the entire 80 people team. I also took care of on-the-job creative training and making weekly & monthly creative reports for individuals and the team. I reported to the VP & the MD of India operations. Over the years Marcon has provided innovative printing & display solutions into the Indian market. My responsibilities included interacting with clients and taking control of design jobs and on site graphics installation management. I also researched new techniques, media & technologies in the field of digital printing.
