As a Senior Lead Designer, I can design multiple large scale projects while also managing my own team of designers and their projects. I train and mentor my designers by accompany them on site visits, ocular inspections, as well as client meetings.

With our company's ever-expanding services, we have come to handle interior fit-outs and museum curation. As a Lead Designer, I make sure to manage my exhibit and interior projects while making sure that my team meets their deadlines while providing them with support and counsel in handling their projects.

Being a Senior Lead Designer allows me to be part of department-wide decisions along with my fellow lead and our manager. When required, we attend meetings with management to discuss company-wide policies and inter-department processes and improvements. With this in mind, I am committed to improving my department's work flow by researching effective methods in increasing efficiency and discussing internal policies with our team to further develop our system and allow it to adapt to changing times and situations. In doing so, it allows further improvement for the company since a solid foundation in our department will allow us to better support other departments in their times of need.

As a Designer, I am able to handle and execute larger and more complex booth designs and collaterals with minimal supervision from my Team Lead. I am also able to handle a heavier project load by managing different types of projects that have coinciding event dates. I can also conduct site visits and conduct ocular inspections as well as attend client meetings without supervision.

As a Junior Designer, I am tasked with addressing our clients' Exhibition Desing/Trade Show needs by providing them with design solutions while also undergoing training with regards to the process and workflow of the company. The design solutions that we offer include booth design, event collateral design, event booth layout, as well as site visits and ocular inspections of possible event spaces. All this while I am supervised by my Team Lead.

When it comes to booth design and event collateral design, this coincides with my training in the use of the Octanorm System for building my designs. Little by little, I am exposed to the use of different materials in order to achieve the look that wish to present to client. Custom booths are also slowly being introduced to me so that I may be able to handle larger scale projects in the future.

For event booth layouts, I am trained to apply certain standards when configuring the booths in a venue so that my output aligns with the safety standards of the venue while also maximizing the space for our client. In order to see my output realized, I accompany my supervisors on site inspections to learn firsthand the possible problems and solutions that my design decisions can have in an event. I also assist them in ocular inspections should there be no existing floor plan for a certain venue.

I also attend client meetings to assist and learn from my superiors.

As a Design Consultant, I handle my client's design needs while also giving them the most competitive prices. I do space planning and conduct site visits, ocular inspections, and mock-ups to ensure that their desired item fits their home. I also help them in choosing the colors, patters, material, and design of their furniture should they have no Interior Designer/Architect.
