- Product Development
Per schedule, to generate prelim sketches, tight sketches, renderings, GA Drawings, to conduct model reviews, artwork directions, to work with ES Design & Marketing Team in developing toys from concept, idea sketch to production.
To produce appropriate information / material and coordination for costing engineer / project engineer / PI engineer / graphic designer throughout the development process

- Product Research
To conduct researches on new technologies, materials, production processes, trends, in order to support product development process

- Supervision
To coach & supervise product designers and junior product designers to produce appropriate products / product graphic

- Communication
To collect, gether, digest, revise product information to and from various parties througout the whole design process.

- As a team leader responsible for design research, design management and industrial designs of consumer electronics, medical products, digital devices and industrial products.
- Develop design from concept direction establishment, ideation, and idea sketches to final structure drawing.
