(PAW PATROL) in company, averaging 1million+ viewers in the ages 2 to 5 group this quarter on
Nickelodeon
• Designed, created and presented innovative concepts that are currently in production; set to hit
shelves in Spring/Fall 2016 season, and estimated to be $20+ million of revenue for the brand.
• Created DDS (design definition sheet) for china factories and engineers. These sheets included; turn
drawings, product specs, product requirements, functionality, PMS colors, deco, dimensions, and
detailed descriptions of product features
• Creatively collaborated with engineers and QA to ensure that products meet cost, schedule,
performance, and safety and product integrity goals at each milestone
• Effectively came up with cost reduction solutions on all projects worked on: including deco reductions,
construction and assembly solutions, material and parts count reductions
• Responsible for many SKUs in the line, including TV drivers that will be featured in shows in
upcoming seasons
• Integral designer for Air theme (next season TV theme) including the Spring highest price point item
• Collaborated with team Brand and Marketing to manage product timelines, product releases, sku
counts and features
• Collaborated in design aesthetic for upcoming themes in the show
• Interfaced with China in VC meetings on aspects of toy production and timeframes
• Participated in brainstorm meetings and concept and ideation meetings that governed/determined the theme and storylines of the show as well as product. Each product concept was carefully considered to not only enhance the strength of storyline of the show but the overall brand quality. This was of the highest importance. Paw Patrol wasn’t just a big commercial, it was built on substance and we strived to maintain that dignity.
