Managed a team of talented front end web developers based in the US and India within the web services department at Citrix. - Managed the development and assisted in the design of CourseBuilder application used to create SCORM based eLearning courses built on Fuel PHP, Mongo DB, and Apache.

- Developed Adobe Air application for creating SCORM based eLearning courseware from DITA XML content and created HTML-based SCORM conformant course framework used in all eLearning courses.
- Led in the rollout and implementation of new department-wide project management system.
- Developed modules and several features used in a custom Learning Management System built on the Moodle LMS and led in the migration from the Accenture LMS to the new system.

Led a team of web developers in the eLearning department. Created and maintained new tools and templates for the integration team to use in order to increase workflow, designed style guides and prototypes for new clients, created icons and layouts for the internal software products group, designed and animated 3D characters, and provided management and troubleshooting for Learning Management Systems.
