This Medical bed is designed for patients with severe burns that have to remain hospitalised for long periods and because of the severity of the wounds their mobility is reduced, having to stay in a certain position for a long time and being exposed to infections, scars etc.
The bed is designed to :
* Allow the doctor to access the patient in a easy and detailed way.
* It has different positioning angles that stimulate blood circulation
* The mattress works with pneumatic pressure points which can oscillate depending of the affected areas from the body and the severity of the wounds. The contact points inflate and deflate with predetermined intervals, reducing the total contact of the damaged skin with the surface. Therefore the pain is considerably reduced and the healing time is faster.
* It has air filtering system and liquid filtration system which keep the patient always dry, helping to minimise the times that the patient needs to be changed of position.
