ChangeGroup is a global currency exchange business, with 120 branches within airports, shopping malls and high streets in 22 cities, across 11 countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
In my role I manage the design and fit out of the ChangeGroup branches throughout Europe, from initial design concepts, through to operations and hand over, including managing budgets for all stages of the process and for final fit out, while managing the network of local architects and contractors for the fit outs.
I report directly to the board, advising on new site and pitch acquisitions, how best to strengthen brand development in both retail and graphics design, and how to ensure the ChangeGroup brand remains customer focused. * I manage the property team, which involves overseeing the existing portfolio of stores and ensuring that they are maintained and updated within their lease life cycle.
A vital part of my role is keeping up to date with all innovative products coming on to the market, to help attract customers and build on the customer experience. I have built a good supplier / contactor network. Beyond Communications, Head of retail design and delivery London & UK
