Wells Fargo Enterprise Banking - User Research - Strategic Portal Product Initiative
Led user experience research effort on large scale, high profile strategic portal program initiative for wholesale banking customers. Planned and led user research effort throughout the project lifecycle. Conducted 65 individual one-hour remote research sessions with wholesale customers. Produced detailed user research results reports and presented insights to broad stakeholder teams and executive management. Informed and influenced strategic product direction, product definition and improved ease of use of designs. Coordinated effort and collaborated with market research team to execute a visual design survey with 250 customers to inform strategic direction. Project managed research and recruiting effort.
