As the senior photo retoucher for Wet Seal & Arden B my job duties included the following. Overseeing and working on all in store print marketing and e-commerce imagery on daily emails. I oversee the hiring and training of the junior retouchers. Direct and guide the junior retouchers and freelance retouchers on their daily jobs and upcoming projects in the future. I have also developed a process that helps the workflow through the design studio from naming and management to timing of workflow, it has made a difference in workflow distribution. I own the print production approval process and to make sure the quality and deadlines are met

Worked as graphic designer for a home entertainment company. Job duties included packaging for home entertainment, color, retouching, style guides, re-building of high-resolution keyart, and P.O.P items.
